It will lay out what you should be eating per day of the week, when you should be eating, and explaining it all why this process and food is required to burn fat fast, it is predicted that you can burn up to 10 pounds of excess weight every week.
The main purpose of the diet is to create a shortness of calorie intake so your body will then use up your reserves and fats.
